Just had a breakfast in your store ash brown so burnt you would brake your teeth on it so was the sausage. Hubby had a bacon and sausage sandwich bread was put on top no butter and only one burnt sausage and half a piece of bacon price for it all was £17 we waited 35 minutes to have it what a waste of time and mony going back to morisons much better service

Absolutely filthy outside and around the entrance. Damaged stock left on shelves which was ignored by staff picking. Rubbish left on floor. This shop just gets worse every time I visit.

Completely atrocious service. Just came in to drop off a parcel and the machine didn?t work. After hitting the help button, waited and waited. Finally spoke to customer services who said they would send someone over, waited a further 30 minutes and still no one came. Talked to a worker who said they would get someone and never did. Unbelievable terrible service.

Self scan staff are mostly useless, just standing around talking, ignoring people who need help. There are about 3 very good ones who end up helping everyone

Popped to ASDA Merthyr 13-09-24 at 12.50 simply for the pizza counter. Girl there couldn?t be bothered to spread the tomato puree then pilled toppings in a lump. She didn?t bother emptying the ladle of sweetcorn before scooping up the peppers. Then used the same ladle to attempt to spread the toppings out. Yes the pizza did have meats on. Not good enough ASDA!

Disaponited nine times out of ten at the condintion of some of the items on the shelf. Its really annoying when you have collectibles that have damaged packaging.

Ok so we will get rid of half th staff make everything card only and computerized and then turn the store into a Chinese style surveillance show with one way systems and cameras that track your face and put you on a system even when you don't steal anything, If you value your rights and privacy avoid this store

I moved this area 7 months ago I always go to Asda until 2 weeks ago I bought everything from there inc electric item what?s l need in kitchen I wish never do it every time if l need changes or big or small needs change every time when l went there l got dirty look from two blond lady they give me very dirty look that?s make me feel sick and upset because this shop open to public and to everyone this two blond lady got seriously brain problems or same thing alse there is no respect to the customer this two lady they need to be keep a way from customer service desk you can?t serve customers with anger face l don?t go to Asda now l shopping at lidl and b&m l am happy they are very friendly and always with huge smile..

Terrible customer service, staff always miserable,some dont even say hello on the checkout or even thank you. There always standing around chatting so there not concentrating on helping you quickly on the self service..hate the place.

Just waited 10 minutes at front desk waiting to be seen to a staff member named diedre just totally blanked me. While having a conversation with another colleague when she finally came to me she was so rude and abrupt she needs to be packing shelves away from dealing with public
