DO NOT TRUST Fix Auto. If you care about your car DO NOT USE Fix Auto. If your insurance company recommends Fix Auto FIGHT to get it fixed elsewhere. 5 months after a no fault accident my car requires substantial rectification work after this incompetent company attempted to repair my car twice at TWO of their sites, Wrexham and Oswestry.Major body panel alignment issuesPoor paintwork which has pits and runsAdditional damage to the paintworkParts damaged in the accident not replaced by Fix Auto including a six inch crack to the scuttle panelLeaking coolantInterior mistreated, scuffs and dents to the interiorThis is how you car will come back to you.Inspected by two inspectors independent to Fix Auto after each repair who were shocked at the work carried out. I?ve been advised by my insurance company not to drive my car because of the coolant leak.Richard Edwards at FIX AUTO sent this car out a second time with a catalogue of work still required.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My car went in last year, took them a month to repair a tray on the bottom and somehow damage it more. Then took over a year for them to take it back to fix the damage the created. Then while it was in there, things were stolen from the car. Women is rude. Still haven't got my car back. Going into winter with just my motorbike, wheres this promised courtesy car? Pictures are of the damage they created.

Car was hit while parked. Some body damage and parking brake issues as a result of impact. Car has been in for 2 months and back earlier last week, apparently fixed but with a 2 inch scratch missed completely. They decided to put 200 plus miles on the car and told me it's OK they would put some fuel in it dont worry. ( They actually said that ! ) The managing director called me to say its company policy to drive customers cars everywhere and that he can't run a business by trailoring customers cars from a to b ! I told him I'd never given permission for my car to be driven at all let alone over 200 miles ! They said it was to a local garage for inspection and they've been driving customers cars for years to save money. When I said I was not happy having my car driven around the country potentially getting speeding tickets and parking fines he decided he didn't like that so accused me of swearing ( I didn't) and he hung up. Will definitely be speaking to my insurance about this, and I still don't know if they've fixed the body work. I will update with further info.

Absolutely 5 ??, drop the car off and had excellent feedback throughout the repair. They done a perfect job, car was like new again. The car had been washed and the interior was showroom quality. Can?t recommend them enough.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Standard repair work which should take a maximum of 2 weeks took 7 weeks because they could not get hold of a small cosmetic part. They eventually sourced this from another supplier. They would not release the car to me without this part because I would not pay the excess on my policy, however it was eventually returned to me without the excess being paid which is contradictory to their policy. No apology issued for length of time they had my car. Hopefully our paths will never cross again.Service: Auto body & trim repair

My car went in under an insurance claim to have bodywork replaced and repaired. The garage kept me well informed and updated. The men who my picked my car up and dropped it off again were very pleasant and polite, Llinos who I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally polite and friendly it didn?t seem to be a problem when I phoned several times even though I had regular updates, she was always friendly and pleasant. Blew a tyre outside of the garage. Went in and the staff were extremely helpful. Really friendly staff who sorted the car out at exceptionally short notice and a very reasonable price. Would definetly recommend this garage to others. Thank you so much!!

Car been in for repairs twice, first time passenger side a completely different shade from the rest of the car, second time car released to me with the bonnet and windscreen covered in overspray. Only went there as my insurance said to but would'nt use them again.
