This Pub was recommended as working away from home thought I would give it a try. Initially was fully booked but I was dining alone they found me a table, great menu, wasn't disappointed with steak and ale pie , great staff so booked for following night

Meals are cheap and good quality service from bar staff and the waitress were spot on, I work away alot and have to eat out most nights this place was is worth the journey, I had the 8oz gammon and the Guinness pie both were excellent

Brilliant meal at pub. Staff couldn't do more for you. It was an added bonus that dogs were allowed. Best steak Ive had in a while

We visited tonight for the first time with friends, we?re from Bristol. We had the nicest evening with the best customer service we have found since pre-covid! The food was incredible, staff just as amazing! Nothing was too much to ask and the portions/prices completely fair. Absolutely loved our evening from the first drink at the bar, until leaving. Incredible pub with great food, great atmosphere. Even better staff! This place is a gem and should be shared! Can?t wait to go back, especially for the staff. They were wonderful and made the evening!

In the absence of Strongbow on tap ordered a 500ml can of Natch Cider. Charged the ridiculous price of £4.25. For one can only!!!

Fabulous pub/restaurant which never fails to deliver great food at a reasonable price. Combined with the excellent service we always receive, it is no wonder we keep going back
