We've purchased a house via Peter Alan Maesteg and we've been dealing with Alex Lewis. We have to say what a pleasure it's been from start to finish. She has been very professional throughout yet so easy and friendly to get along with and talk to. Alex has been able to answer every question we've asked and has gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. Alex keep on doing what you're doing you are amazing. Alexandra, Mia and Dania have been so incredibly kind, patient and helpful these last few days when buying our first property. The viewings were easy and relaxed, we had lovely conversations with Mia, she had answers to all our questions and was so patient when I went up and down and up and down again to scope out our (hopefully!!!) new home. Alexandra was quick to the phone and has been on the ball going between us and vendor to get an offer agreed and has kept us completely in the loop. The help and advice regarding finances, rates and all the scary stuff was made so much more palatable by Dania and it was really helpful to be taken through step by step and see the workings on a screen.All their help and advice has been so clear and straightforward and we feel much more confident as first buyers now.While we haven?t completed yet, our experience with the girls and team has been nothing short of excellent thus far.

Excellent service from Alexander Lewis. I have dealt with Alex on many occasions over the last few years and she is so helpful and hard working. Nothing is too much trouble for Alex. I highly recommend using Peter alan as an estate agents as they are prepared to go above and beyond to help customers achieve what they want.Also excellent customer service from the manager Anya, very helpful and friendly. Very reliable and respectful in what ever service you need from peter alan.

Yesterday we viewed a house very quickly after sending the request off. Got told very quickly that our offer got accepted! Staff were pleasant. Was also nice that Alexandra called me late afternoon asking if we?d like to book a second viewing for the house to measure etc.

Kristian was extremely helpful. He listened to our requirements and found 3 properties that were pertinent to our needs. He was polite and friendly and has a natural ability to help with finding the right property for the customer. His knowledge of the area was most helpful. We are hoping to be in a position to make an offer as soon as possible.

I have bought and now sold my first house with Peter Alan from Maesteg. They have made my experience very easy and nothing was too complicated or too awkward for them. Amazing service!Would like to especially thank Kim and ffion. Me and my partner have found our perfect little home thanks to them and they couldn?t have made it easier or had been more helpful.We did have a small problem with a leak in the property which I told them about and even said it wasn?t a big deal but within 24 hours the problem was sorted and I?m confident any future problems will be handled with the same urgency and professionalism.Any concerns we had were solved straight away with no hassle. Currently we?re on our 3rd week in our new home and absolutely couldn?t be happier!Peter Alan as a company is just outstanding, truly care about their customers. Excellent service from Kim & Ffion, I was trying to rent out my property for 3 months and decided to try peter alan and the nx day I had 5 viewings booked in with 3 offers confirmed 2 days later. 7 days later I had a family moving in. All paperwork done and sorted. Job done ??. What's not to like. Easy process and guided through it all safely.Thanks guys
