They own two places where people are meant to drop in and get help with various issues but there Pontycymer Branch is always closed and staff are unavailable to help with my issues.WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A DROP IN CENTRE, WHEN YOU ARE ALWAYS CLOSED AND CANT HELP WITH ONES ISSUES
