First of all credit must be given as this is the only pub in the area where you can walk in at any time on a Sunday afternoon and get a roast. All the others require pre-booking. Friendly and welcoming pub in lovely rural village. Comfortable rooms with big bathrooms. Quality pub food and generous breakfasts. The hosts will provide a packed lunch if wanted.
