Zero organisation,Every time i have from here there are items missing from a prescription like so many other customers,I feel for the staff because they are just dealing with a bad situation.The programmed excuse is always ?the suppliers? or ?they haven't sent it?Zero management of the pharmacy, would suggest using boots across the way.At what point do Well Pharmacy step in to turn this around, people rely on this medication for quality of life, does someones health need to deteriorate or perish first?Really poor set up and needs addressing immediately

This is, by far, the most efficient pharmacy that I have ever visited anywhere in the World! Today the queue was short and my repeat prescriptions were provided, ready wrapped, in about 90 seconds flat - and with the most polite service. It is so different from my local pharmacy! Alas the telephone response is very slow, so don't bother trying to call.

I'm leaving this review as I am absolutely disgusted with your customer service EVERY MONTH, i have the same issue regarding my repeat prescription EVERY MONTH, for my Epilepsy medication that i SERIOUSLY CANNOT GO WITHOUT, BUT YET QUICK ENOUGH to give me painkillers when I NEED MY EPILEPSY MEDICATION, THERE NEVER READY OR NOT THERE! If this continues i will NOT HESITATE IN TO THE PAPER.

I changed from another pharmacy due to consistently poor service and wish I'd done it sooner! The staff are always cheery and helpful and my meds never fail to be dispensed in time each month. I love this pharmacy!
