Ordered takeaway at 7:20 and didn?t sit down to eat until 9:10 I don?t mind waiting for food but when it turns up and it?s cold and the chips are stale it?s not acceptable! Hoping this is a one off as usually it is really lovely!

Very plain and bland. Hardly any ingredients just a watery curry sauce and minimal chicken that was dry and tough. I won't be reordering from here.

Excellent take away this evening few problems with foodhub app but rang jaipur, so friendly on the phone and food was then delivered very quickly, and was so delicious, well done and thank you.

Curry was bland chicken was frozen not fresh, chips were dry and greasy, pilau rice was bland no flavour, keema naan had poor quality mince the bread it self damp, the peshwari naan was lacking coconut and was also damp it was a shame was hopeful of finding a good quality curry house while my usual is closed very disappointing customer service on the other hand very good

Beautifully decorated restaurant. Very clean. Staff are experienced and know the menu well. We had starter and main for two with a number of extra sides and a few drinks all for £70.
The food is very well cooked and served piping hot and fresh. The flavours of each dish was well balanced.
Would highly recommend. We went on a Saturday night and pre booked.
Vegetarian options: There was a number of dishes that were suitable for vegetarians

The only place in town for dining in evening meal on a Sunday and it didn't disappoint food was really really delicious and service was friendly helpful and prompt, thank goodness we found this oasis

Party of 12, the place was massively understaffed yet did not tell us that that at any point. Waited forty minutes before our order was even taken, and an hour and a half in total before our food arrived. All other tables had similarly poor service, the little staff that were there were not in uniform, they were obviously desperately trying to operate a subpar service and ruining their reputation instead of simply closing early.
When the food arrives it was of a good quality, admittedly, but absolutely did not justify the wait. Will not be sitting in for a meal here again.

Delicious dishes full of flavour and all freshly cooked. We?ve dined in many times and also had take aways but the dining option is favoured more so now as they allow BYOB ?Kid-friendliness: We often take our 5 year old grandson and he loves the different rice dishes with a mild sauce on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp at the side of the building and also inside.

Haven?t ordered from Jaipur in quite some time and unfortunately wish we hadn?t. We appreciate Friday night is a busy night but the quality of the food certainly showed that?.it lacked substance and flavour?..extremely substandard food and very disappointing.

We visited this lovely restaurant again recently since I have lived in llantwit major and now pencoedtre Barry and I was happy to make the journey over as it was just as lovely and the staff remembered us. We had a fabulous meal .thankyou again sue
