“Health conscious is a beautifully laid out, well stocked with high quality supplements and products, health shop. I used it regularly when I lived in Llantwit and I go there whenever I visit wales as they have everything I need, and are willing to order things in when need be. The website is also really clear, with great classes and healing modalities. There is a beautiful studio space upstairs where they take place. I highly recommend the shop. I personally have a lot of knowledge on supplements and nutritional medicine, but I’ve learned new things from the staff and they can help customers with the right products for their needs.
