The chips were cold and dry and stuck together the fish was like a thin slice of bread lukewarm and hardly any fish thst was dry and batter very hard I rang to explain about the food we ate small amount and had to Chuck it I was told I?d have a refund but no refund because we ate it we had few mouthfuls o way did I say we eaten it was the worst food I?ve ever bought expensive for rubbish food small chips and large fish £12 !!!! I know my consumer rights and have been I touch with consumer rights and they are working for me on this matter my son in law went for refund I was told to go and get and they told him no refund they ate it good job I recorded phone call unfair treatment first time at farnhams never again big Sam?s lovely food and lovely friendly atmosphere farnhams ??

I have not been to this place in few years. It's definitely gone down hill from the last time I visited.
I had small chips and fish cake, small it definitely was!!. Fish cake had probably been there all day. It was not nice at tall. A can of coke at £1.50!!
£7.50 it came to, well over priced for what I got.
I won't be going back!! Very poor!!

Sausage in batter was awful as well..
Prices are ridiculous and front of house not ideal..

Just had chicken chips for first time, very friendly but with out doubt the worst chicken I ever had, skin was rubber and like chewing rubber, not going to be going back for second time.

We've been regular customers for some years but the last two times we have found the chips under cooked with no taste to them. It's a shame as we are normally very pleased with the quality of the food.
