Just popped in for a coffee. Sat outside in the sunshine. Very good service & lovely coffee! Great little ice cream cone on the side of the cappuccino- nice original touch! Didn?t eat so can?t rate good

For what it is, it's a favourite with my elderly parents. Simple food most people like but limited choices for anyone gluten or lactose intolerant.
Parking: Usually, plenty of parking. It's parking shared with all the vendors in Llantwit Major's main shopping area.

We've had mixed experiences here. One time we ordered a meal to take away and it was lovely, but then the next time it was just awful.
Firstly, we waited for about 45 minutes for two breakfast rolls and two coffees, which seemed extreme. Then when we got home, we realised the baps were practically empty.
So yeah just a bit hit and miss.

Ordered 2 rolls, ham salad and cheese and onion. Absolute rip off, £6.45 each for a small bap to take away. Definitely not good value for money, 5 bites and it was gone, this was supposed to be a lunch time meal ?? Would not recommend

Bit disappointed, got asked if we wanted fries or chunky chips but not that there was a price difference (nor was this mentioned in the menu). Scampi, chips and peas cost £9.95 for 6 pieces of scampi, no tartare sauce or lemon wedge when we asked.

Brilliant!cosy, place , fab range of food, wonderful deserts options, vegetarian friendly, child portions, , staff are absolutely superb.Thoroughly recommend this cafe in Llantwit Major .. then take a long walk down to the beach or along the coast path!

I enjoy going to coast cafe because I know when I order food I always get a massive plate full and the service is very quick compared to other cafes I have been too.Kid-friendliness: Kids corner with toys. Plenty of highchairs available. Kids food and drink options. Changing table in the toilet.Wheelchair accessibility: Full wheelchair access around the cafe
