Chips were good - hence the 2 stars. Pizza was just like eating pieces of cardboard with a sprinkle of cheese.
Staff not friendly, asked if they accept card and was bluntly told no cash only - didnt mention you can order on foodhub.

I come here every week or so to get my needed chippy ? The service could be way better. I usually order on the app and get it to pick up, however, when I get there as the app says it?s ready to pick up, after 10-20 minutes of waiting and the food is still never ready. They are usually just standing there not doing much as you can clearly see the food is ready in the food warmers and plenty of chips to be serving people, but for some reason they make you wait another 10-20 minutes when you get there even though they say it will only be a maximum of 5.
Apart from this the food is delicious and they give you decent sized servings for the price. Only thing that needs to be improved is the customer service.

Previous manager from a few years ago was really good, but whoever the new manager is is extremely rude, the food quality has worsened and the food takes ages to prepare. Literally anywhere else in Llantwit like the Rugby Club, Major Kebabs, the cafes and pubs and especially Farnhams are all vastly superior options.
It needs an urgent turnaround, whoever is running things there is doing a terrible job.

I ordered 2 chicken curries and chips. they messed up on the order and gave me curry sauce by mistake. They had to be reminded that a refund was needed as I had paid for the the curry sauce and the curry, they did not want to give any money back initially just another portion of chips, 3 portions of chips for 2 people !!!. They did give me a refund in the end but short changed me on this. Things only got worse, We opened the plastic containers which the curries were in and there was half an inch of cooking oil floating on the top, my partner binned hers without even trying it, I tried to eat mine, bit it was not fit to feed to a dog, it is the worst curry, I have ever had in my life. I asked for my money back, threatening them with a bad google review, but still refused. I see my complaint is not the only one on here. Finishing on a positive the chips were nice, but we certainly wont be returning to this establishment again

This place is a testimony to the fact that kids will eat anything. Seriously overcooked, hard chicken and chips that should have a health warning. Take away only so didn?t see food being wrapped, got home and saw the dismal state of it. Grandkids wolfed it, though ?

Food was delivered in less than 10 minutes. Bad sign when you order chicken. I would rather wait another hour and get fresh food.Never order chicken from here, it had been sitting in the hot hold for far too long, the chicken had detached from the breading, and it had cooked even more in the hot hold, making the outside like a cracker. Burnt and inedible.Chicken itself wasnt even seasoned.Make your chicken fresh, its no secret it sits in the hot hold for sometimes hours, maybe because you like the aesthetic of it there but you can tell its not ordered as its clearly been out a long time.Chips are normally redeemable but this time they were soggy, cold, and undercooked. How is food cold when its delivered in 10 minutes.Somethings really wrong there recently, willing to give it another chance but if the qualities still as bad id expect a refund.
