Always loved this place! Craved it all through my pregnancy, maybe a bad chef tonight but the food was very salty. After having my starter taken back because it tasted of pure salt they said they cooked a fresh one but it tasted the same after questioning the waiter said that he agreed it tasted salty and they were taking it off the menu and cooking a fresh batch. (Cream of mushroom) Then my partner had fish with mushrooms again very salty, complained they took it back only to be served worse than the time before. After our meal my partner took my son to the bathroom and the chef came out and asked the waiter what table and pointed on my direction. It was an awful experience. The manager did apologise and the waiter but we just don?t understand what went so wrong with what was once our favourite Italian. Really sad. Hopefully if we go next time I?ll be able to change this review but what a shame.

Lovely coffee and cake, spent a few hours outside on a sunny day. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back

First visit last Saturday !
Absolutely fabulous !
Great pizzas great pastas starters excellent .
The staff are great seems very rushed but very busy so understandable !
Very friendly staff and quick service .
We will definitely return had a lovely night !
Decor is stylish modern and cosy feel nice log fire heating both rooms !
And prices are very reasonable
Average £14.50 for a large pizza !
They do steaks pastas ect loads of choice !

We went here Friday for date night and it was absolutely amazing!
We were seated straight away and welcomed with open arms!
We had our drinks within minutes of ordering and were offered a bottle of water as an addition.
We ordered starters and main where we waited approximately 10-15 minutes between meals!
The mushroom starter was out of this world. I had spaghetti carbonara with a side of garlic bread with cheese and my partner has the steak! There was not a crumb left on the plate! Amazing food, full of flavour and heated to perfection!
It was also very reasonably priced!
We will definitely be back!

Wanted to treat my granddaughters to an ice cream on a warm day. This is the only place serving ice cream near Pontyclun . The girls enjoyed and the staff are lovely and friendly.

I would not recommend this place. A very cold, aloof ,arrogant and unwelcoming reception from what I assume was the head waiter. Very skinny bloke who should never work in customer service. The young staff who took the orders and served the food were very good though. Unfortunately they seem to want you out of the place before you even get started. Had the Arancini, Rice balls stuffed with beef ragu for starters. It was warmish, tasted Ok but NO sign of any beef! Would be Ok for vegetarians. Had the rump steak and vegetables for main course. Quite chewy steak and just a few vegetables. Nothing to write home about. Nothing. I had the misfortune of meeting a very miserable head chef when I visited the toilet. Again another one who should never work in customer service. Everything is really rushed. It operates more like a factory canteen not a restaurant. They need to get the headchef and the head waiter out of the place and rethink about what customers want. They are resting on their laurels. The rushed experience was overpriced and low quality with appaling manners from senior staff.

It was Beaujolais Day. 8 of us booked to go at 12noon on 16Nov. It was beautifully presented . The 2 course meal was really superb with the wine. After that there was music which got our feet tapping. All of us danced till 6pm.

Ate here early Saturday evening again and for the third visit in the last few months the food was fabulous. Service was quick, efficient and seemed effortless. Nothing to disappoint at all. I highly recommend a visit.
