Friendly enough staff and service good but food pretty awful. We had fish and a chips and it was dryer than Ghandis flip flop! Stop ripping people off.

Microwaved scrambled egg with excess amount of liquid over toast.. now soggy mush.

Not many people there when we called in for a cake and a coffee but the service was good and it's convenient if you are shopping in Leekes.

Sadly we stood waiting for ages before anyone acknowledged us, then we ordered 2 meals, which we smothered in salt, which was not pleasant...the cups were very stained, and the floors were filthy, they had not been cleaned for a while by the looks of them, the same went for the seating and tables. This is such a pity. A lovely young lady who served me on the tills downstairs was a credit to leekes. I understand they are going through a large refurbishment so fingers crossed they update th cafe

Overpriced, not much choice, no vegan options, nothing to drink for the children only high sugar option. £1.65 for a bag of crisps and charged £1.95 for tap water- Apparently its £1.95 For ice. I asked for a refund.The diet coke was warm.We have a very small bowl of over cooked chips cost over £3.00 we would not use this cafe again and would definitely not recommend to friends and family.

Overpriced. Not much selection. Buckets on floor because roof is leaking. Leekes is apt name for store
