Brilliant real ale pub. Look forward to trying the food some time as haven?t had chance yet.

Drove past the pub many times doing my job, decided to go in, and was delighted to see they had Exmoor Gold ale on one of my favourites ? plus other ales and a well stocked bar.
Ordered a drink for my partner and 2 bags of scratchings
On seeing other people tucking into their food, we asked for menus. Ordered fish and chips twice, which was served nice and hot, and it was delicious will be frequenting again for sure.

We were looking for somewhere we could take our dog and came across the Cross Inn.
This cosy little pub was serving Sunday lunch which was one of the best I've had. A choice of lamb, beef, port or turkey and veg and lots of gravy (if you want it). It tasted amazing. A good choice of desserts too, I had rhubarb crumble and custard - which was perfect.
2 roasts, 2 pints, 1 dessert for under £35!
Everyone was very friendly.

Was looking for somewhere to have some food. So called in and found out it was curry night and a table was available. It didn't disappoint from the service, beer and food. Will be returning to try there main menu highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is very nice and the restaurant is very clean and also the Sunday dinner was very delicious and the price is very reasonable

Group of four booked for yesterday. 2 x fish and chips, 1 x steak and 1 x lasagne. Absolutely fantastic meals and great value for money. The owners have a great sense of humour, always laughing and making you feel so welcome. Sticky toffee pudding absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere and would highly recommend.Parking: Plenty of room to park

worked near here for a number of weeks had a few pub meals which were incredible.
the service was amazing the gentleman and his wife couldn't help enough even to the point where I would pop in and ask to cook my order and the lovely lady would have it ready for lunchtime (on the dot).
highly recommended and I will be returning soon

Recently sampled Wednesday curry night here and it was fab. Food was tasty and full of flavours. Inviting atmosphere and the staff were friendly from start to finish. Will definitely visit again!
