Extremely happy with the service given at Sweet Dreams Bed Centre Swansea. There was a great choice of beds to choose from. Nick the salesman was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. His expertise made the bed purchase so much easier. We were free to look around at our leisure and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. The ordering was done quickly and efficiently and delivery came when we were told it would. The delivery drivers were
super organised and helpful too. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. A hassle free service from start to finish.

Easy parking, great selection of beds and excellent service. I was very impressed particularly by the latter. Well worth a visit if you need a new bed. Worth mentioning, free delivery, free disposal of old mattress and bed frame which are either given to charity if in re-usable condition or recycled (as much of the materials as possible).

Bought our last 2 beds from Sweet Dreams, can't fault the service, no pushy sales just time given to browse around and see what you want. Free delivery and collection of old bed is great as well. Would highly recommend!

Needed a new mattress asap and went to Sweet Dreams what can I say the staff were brilliant so helpful and arrange for it to be delivered straight away . Thank you for your help. I will recommend this store to anyone if you want helpful ,friendly staff and quality service ,which is very rare these days . 10 out of 10 Sweet Dreams .

Amazing service from start to finish no pushy sales persons which made it so much easier. They explained everything for us in choosing the right mattress and beds. Much more reasonable In price compared to the brand shops with same quality.Fitters were just amazing so quick and took our old beds and mattresses 5 stars is just not enough. Thank you so much
