The attitude of the staff, what has happened to your customer service skills??? leaving customers waiting while the counter staff have a chat, & the store staff really couldn?t be bothered. Looking at their watches in disgust when we arrived at 11.05 to be served.

I went to buy some wood from LBS in Carmarthen late in the evening as my dog had chewed a big hole in it , the young man Ashley was very helpful and polite it was time to close and he went out of his way to help me, very grateful as my dog would of got out of it if it wasn?t for this young mans patients. Very professional.

There new rules were crazy. Let you in only to throw you out. No masks worn by staff or 'regular customers'.Definitely go down the road to Casey's LBS for a better experience.

I have recently visited LBS twice and had a excellent experience both times.Being a woman in these places can sometimes feel like you shouldn?t be there. But all the staff here made me feel very welcome and were very helpful.Highly recommend place

Due a delivery today phoned and confirmed this morning it would be coming. No sign of it so called up at 4pm. Told it may be there by 5 if not in the morning. Took a day off work to wait in for delivery. No courtesy call to let me know it wouldn't be coming or to rearrange, If i hadn't called myself wouldn't have been told anything. Unhappy customer.
