Lots of time was spent discussing options, and samples were brought to the house. Everything was agreed and paid for...... Then we changed our mind at the last minute. The laminate wasn't going to work because the floor was uneven, so we decided to go for carpet in both rooms. We expected lots of negative reaction and penalty costs, but none of it! The sales guys were fantastic. Didn't bat an eyelid, and helped us sort everything out. The fitter who arrived was Kenny Matthews, who did all our carpets 10 years ago when we moved in. Can't get better continuity than that! He did a brilliant job, including a small extra job replacing some stairs with carpet offcuts we already had. Everything cleared up and left spick and span. Great.”
