Stopped here for a mid dog walk pint, service was great and a shout out to Ellis who got our puppy a pup cup and a free slice of beef (thoroughly enjoyed) - highly recommend this pub

Lovely meal here with family and children. Accomodated in the evening after calling at lunch to reserve a table. Lots of options on the menu for a gluten free member of the party. Homemade chips were lovely as was the GF chicken kiev. Portion sizes very large and the childrens portions very big! Would go again if in the area.

Me and some friends called in last Saturday about 5:30 pm. Ordered 6 drinks and I wanted 1 bowl of chips for my 7 year old to which I was told Chef is not doing anymore food orders as he's fully booked. The pub wasn't even half full with about 3 tables eating. The table next to us were having meals and able to order sides aswell. We spend well over £80 on drinks alone. Shocking. Shame as its my local.

I am gluten free and chose lasagne which I don't generally find available to me, unfortunately I was sick 2 hours after eating there today! It is a shame because the service was good and the lady serving was delightful. I would have emailed but I couldn't find an address. Please investigate why this contamination occurred.

We stopped off here before heading out to a air b n b . This is a huge pub, clean and decorated nicely. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
We just had starters: brie and chicken kebabs. Very tasty served with a lovely salad with a dressing. My son had a pizza which was stone baked , the food really good value.
Highly recommend.
