I bought a pair of walking boots 5 weeks ago from the store in Llangollen, and recently noticed they had a lot of wear and tear. So today I decided to call into the store and seek advice from the staff. I am pleased to say that Gordon and Hayley were very helpful and without a second thought my boots were exchanged for a new pair. They also advised on what to do if the problem occurs again. Well stoked shop, didn't have what we were specifically looking for that's the joy of having a very choosy teenager, but very well priced in a tourist destination where things naturally get priced up. Handy if you are here for the outdoors need something urgent or want to treat yourself.

I had been agonising over purchasing a pair of walking boots. The staff at Trespass, Llangollen were incredibly friendly, helpful and patient. As a result I came away from there with a fantastic pair of boots at a very good price.Thank you very much to all the staff and I look forward to shopping there very soon!

Really great professional customer service at the Llangollen Castle Street store...I went in for a tee shirt during the unusual UK heatwave and was treated so personably ( given tips about my upcoming Snowdonia and Offa?s Dyke hikes) that I returned a couple more times for all my hiking needs...different staff each time and the same courteous, knowledgeable service...
