I called for a repeat prescription and was totally ignored by staff. I went to doctors to book an appointment with nurse and went back 5 minutes later and I had to shout is anyone serving here as was totally ignored again. No other customers in shop ??

Came for a weeks break from Liverpool to llangollen and forgot my inhalers after 45 minutes on the phone to my GP he said I can't help you .I went to the local chemist and found the most friendly helpful staff and pharmacist who said no problem we can sort this out what a relief for me as the cost would of been 50pounds for the two inhalers .I can not praise them enough for how helpful they were in sorting this out and preventing an asthma attack .what a joy to meet a full and busy chemist who were all so pleasant and polite helpful friendly and wished us well for our holiday .thank you all so much xx

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the pharmacist was at lunch, so my prescription could not be filled. I went for a coffee in town and then went back. My prescription was waiting for me.

I really wanted to leave a one star review but didn't want this to reflect on the dedicated and highly efficient staff.The Llangollen team are much like all Rowland branches- In much of need of a recruitment drive! They need more members to cope with an ever increasing demand. Again the staff are incredible but they need help Rowlands!!!!!!!!

Pleasant staff. The pharmacist always give good advice if your unsure on anything.Could be a little better organised when it comes down to having people's prescriptions ready but this could be down to the demand pressure or Covid....

Such friendly and helpful staff. Was in a bit of a mess as had come away without one of my medications and they found the exact one for me and sorted out just the amount I needed. It really was above and beyond. Thankyou
