During our 4 nights in Llangolen we ate here breakfast every morning. The food, the stuff and the setting on the balcony on the river was simply the best.
Next time we will try the hotel too

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, the hotel was in a good location, the room was a good size and it was clean and tidy.
The bed wasn't very comfortable but it too was on clean.
My only negative thing about the room was the shower wasn't very big and there wasn't any slip mat.
But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay in Llangollen. Our room was very nice with a view of the River Dee. It was so nice sleeping with the sounds from the river. The breakfast nap I had was pretty good. Close to everything in town and you can book several adventure tours on site.

Stopped here for lunch, lovely spot on the river and good outside seating. Very nice staff, great service and delicious food served piping hot and quickly. We?ll definitely visit again when in the area.

Was about to go in for breakfast this morning but forcing pedestrians onto the road (on a bend) is putting two fingers up at disabled people. And dangerous for everyone else. Do better.
UPDATE: Shamefully dishonest response from the owner as the vans belong to the same business (cafe/hotel)outward bounds). Obviously otherwise I wouldn't have left the review. Again do better.

Easy contactless checking, clean room, comfy bed, nice and quiet.
Not easy to park in Llangollen, but a few options nearby.

My absolute favourite place to go in Llangollen.
The food is so good and fresh, with many options to choose from. There?s nothing boring about the food here either! From chilli cheese beef wraps with chilli jam to Welsh Rarebit or halloumi, pesto and bacon focaccia, they have a wide range of options that will suit all tastes. And that?s not including all the specials they offer!
The coffee is also another plus with their wide range of hot drinks. This includes a millionaires cappuccino which is one of my favs and pictured below!
They?re also dog friendly and you?ll meet lots of new fluffy friends while there!

Fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff.
Before our stay the communication was great and I?d sent a few fb asking about local taxis and where to park. I got a quick response and useful information given.
George was amazing! She helped us up to our room with our many bags, nothing was too much trouble. It was my friends birthday and I asked if they could do anything- we had a card and chocolates left in the room and a muffin with a candle after breakfast with the cafe joining in to sing happy birthday. Thank you Ali in the cafe for making us feel so welcome. Room was lovely and clean. Other friends also stayed in another room and loved it. Breakfast was amazing! We all had the Welsh stack. The croquettes were so good that I got four to take home!
Definitely recommend and definitely be back! Thank you team Riverbanc. ?????????

The location was great near the town centre. The self check in was easy & convenient.
Room number 8 was clean & comfortable & had a beautiful river view. There were tea & coffee making facilities & complimentary biscuits.
The breakfast was served in the coffee shop next to the property. There was a choice of breakfasts. We had the Welsh breakfast, it was delicious & was served quickly by the lovely staff.
