I only stayed a couple of nights, the staff were lovely, friendly and efficient but because there are not enough of them, especially at night, when you pressed the call button they sometimes failed to respond which is why i did not want to stay any longer, but the food was very nice and adequate. My grandmother was a resident for years. Many of the staff are kind and compassionate but the management seem to be money focused. There needs to be more staff, always seems to be agency staff. Better quality and choice of food should be provided. Also more to stimulate residents. The home is clean and the bedroom nice.... read full comment
