I?ve recently had a nicest experience at the post office in Llangefni.The service is always great but when I received my ikea delivery parcel (which was bulky and very heavy), the staff surprised me even more with how kind and helpful they were. Especially Tim who took this huge package for me all the way across the road and loaded it to my car! Thank you Tim!

Not been to the post office in over 20 years and needed to tax a car due the online system failing us. We were met a very plesant and polite lady called Carmel who guided us efficently and very smoothly through the whole process.Thank you.

Bought US Dollars online from post office which when arrived had a few $50 notes, wanted to change them to smaller notes. Took them to llangefni branch to exchange but was point blank refused. Another couple travelling with us did the same in Porthmadog branch and were allowed to exchange with no issues! Will be getting my travel money elsewhere in future ?

When I ran my own business I visited my local branch multiple times a week, Carmel was super friendly and always was happy to help, from a customer to a friendship that had blossomed. Collected a large parcel from the Post Office today. Tim, a member of staff carried it to my car, i was so grateful, he was extremely helpful and polite. 5 stars from me.

The staff are cheery and efficiently deal with your requests. I could go to post offices close to home but would rather travel to Llangefni Post Office.
