Staff polite and explained the defect found after conducting a diagnostic check. Excellent communication and kept up to date on the repair progress with courtesy phone calls. Very reasonable prices.

They phoned me and told me that I needed to go and find my own car part which nobody I have asked has heard of before, very abnormal.
