A lovely Sunday lunch. It was very busy but staff were delightful and coped really well under pressure. The main course was more than enough but we were even persuaded to have a desert. Both were great value. We will definitely be back.

We booked a table for Sunday lunch and arrived to find the pub pretty quiet. It took 40 minutes to order food because there was only one (poor) girl serving behind the bar. Great pub, nice local beer. Great service. We didn't have time to eat this time but the food looked great and we are going to go back to try it. The pub is right on the banks of the river Monow which was nice.
