I've been eating at the Angel Inn at Grosmont for over two years now.
I have travelled all the world, and dined at many restaurants which many would kill to try, both great and small. And of course I have a great fondness for classic British country fare, as one quite frankly should.
Came here for a stop on a long journey and thought it would be nice to get something to eat. The lady gave menus to the table next to us and not us, which is no issue, clearly she just didn’t see the 4 of us. Excellent Sunday lunch. Very good menu options, great flavour and presented beautifully. Attentive service, very welcoming and some great beer.
