My first experience of this company was this morning when one of their drivers drove the wrong way down a one way street and pulled straight out of a blind turn on to a main road in front of me on my motorbike.Just sorry I didn't have a go pro or I would prosecute.

Fantastic service. Broke down in a car park while on holiday in Abergavenny. Rang my breakdown company and they sent Lanes to recover my car. A lovely bloke came out and couldn't fix the problem to start with but said he'd send a recovery vehicle out and take the car back to the garage and see what they could do. I was expecting the worst as you always do with cars and thought it would cost a fortune and I wouldn't have a car for the rest of the holiday. Within 2 hours I got a call to say they had fixed the car - it had been a problem with the immobiliser and was sorted. I went to pick the car up and asked what I owed and was told there was no charge as it was covered with my breakdown company. I know full well that they could have charged me under the terms of my breakdown cover as they recovered the vehicle and took it back to the garage for repair. Superb service and great staff. Lanes recovered my Mini Cooper and transferred it to their secure compound overnight ready to take it to a tyre fitters in the morning. Paul was completely professional, polite and could not have been more helpful in ensuring the car was sorted and that we were able to get home safe, liaising with the AA and offering ideas on how best to sort out our problem. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Lanes recovered my large vehicle off of its side on a dual carriageway. It was a difficultrecovery but they have done a great job ans theres such minimal damage. Super impressed. Really nice staff. They made a horrible situation way less horrible, so im super thankful to have had these guys on the job

Lanes were called out by my car insurers via Brittania after a traffic accident. The truck arrived on scene quickly and the man was very patient waiting in cold weather for the police to do what they needed to do so we could have a lift in the truck to the accident repair centre.
