“Richard was so helpful and kind! He saved me from a long wait on the side of the road with a small baby hours from home!I had been travelling from North Wales to South and all of a sudden heard an awful noise coming from the front of my car. I was so lucky to be less than half a mile from his garage. I explained I was on a four hour trip with a 4 month old and asked if he could help. He immediately took a look and within minutes knew what was wrong and resolved the issue to get me back on the road.He offered to help with unloading the boot too to look for the wheel nut and topped up my oil. What a wonderful person! Thank you so so much!!”
