Not impressed.Wheelchair was useless.Wanted to buy some gonks I am sure the lady @ the till was wrong so I put the gonks back. Not worth the journey from TREFOR Caernarfon. Only place any good was Pavers to change a pair of slippers.And bought a nice pair of wide fitting shoes.

Went for a look round here the other week. What I heard was shocking and rude. This place is very popular with coach trips which brings a lot of revenue to the shop.I over heard two members off staff talking in Welsh and they were basically slagging off and being very rude towards a few customers. I made them aware that I spoke Welsh and understood what they said. They soon shut up. I told them shall I inform the people what you are saying about them.I explained without people like them visiting and shopping they probably have no job.Terrible and rude staff.Edit......I am really shocked that nobody from the store has reached out to me. This proves they do not care about their customers.

Excellent very obliging staff. Had a nice Turkey and Cranberry sandwich, and even though it wasn't on the menu; they did Baked Beans on Toast for my Dad. The lady taking the orders was working flat out, and did an amazing job, too.
