Hit or miss service in terms of prescriptions being available on time and a tendency to blame others like the surgery or late deliveries instead of acknowledging their own mistakes. Customer service also poor and smiles strictly rationed.

I've had quite a few problems getting my meds on time ,it's ridiculous, went in Tuesday and they weren't done got told a 28 day prescription wouldn't be ready till 6th ,they were last ordered 3rd of last month ,they apparently didn't check it properly wasn't until later tonight I noticed 2 of my meds that I do need went even in and there attertudes st are so nasty most of time ,.Now coz it's good Friday tomorrow I have to wait till Tuesday

The attitude of the dispensing staff is awful. They don?t inform you of missing medication because they are out of stock! I wont be using this pharmacy any longer. A smile and good customer service goes along way but unfortunately this is something this branch is missing!

The pharmacy is closed on saturday and sunday since march or april. The staff are always helpful and polite. Good stock of gifts for xmas. Reasonably priced.

I visited today to collect my monthly prescription. The poor staff were doing an incredible job in the most difficult of situations. I have just dropped off a bag of chocolates, which I hope they get, as I left them with a lady in the queue outside, just to let them know that they are appreciated, and are doing an amazing job.
