Total wow factor at this pharmacy today.
This was my first visit to this pharmacy in around two years and I really couldn't believe the improvement in firstly the store appearance and secondly the exceptional staff employed there.
The pharmacist Becky couldn't have been more helpful.
It was great to have someone listen to my symptoms then prescribe exactly what was needed.
Will definitely be a returning customer and can't recommend enough.

The new pharmacist is lovely and always very helpful. Beccy always gives sound advice and listens to the problem. She is also super gentle giving flu jabs. My son had a milk allergy and I really struggled to get his special milk anywhere. Beccy always managed to order it and always went above and beyond to help me. I'd recommend Beccy to anyone. Lovely addition to the pharmacy.

Lovely new pharmacist in our local chemist in the last 2 months. Such an amazing difference to the look of the store and Issues in the past are long gone. Such a pleasure to deal with now.

As others have mentioned the chemist is unprofessional and rude. Always giving snide and unprofessional looks towards people and treating customers like they?re beneath them.
I have never managed to get my prescription there instead going to other pharmacy?s in the area as they never have my medication in stock or refused outright to serve me. It?s much easier having a conversation with a wall.

Pharmacists are generally good. The floor staff are rude and short with any queries about medications deliveries or enquiries about perscriptions. Number of times they have lost tempers and made individuals feel like they were wasting the staff time. Id advise using trimsaran, tumble or any other local pharmacy to deliver or dispense.
A complaint was lodged to Well pharmacy HQ and it was either a GP or a pharmacy isssue, turns out a change of pharmacy rectified the issues.

I give one star because I can't give 0. In all honesty I don't like to complain, but this is the 3rd month on a run that they have blatantly lied to my face and said the script hadn't been sent over, I called the Dr's who checked their records only to be told that the chemist collected them yesterday all 4 items, the Dr's receptionist even told me what time they were collected...Truly awful.

I ordered medicines in advance, for over 4 days I tried to get my medicines to no avail, I argued on day4 and they said, it's not there, I said, the surgery assures me it is. They then, after half hour, brought out my scripts, sorry all out of stock. I went to another pharmacy and got them in under 10 min. Avoid this place if you can

Absolutely amazing service today. Went in with a query, seen by the pharmacist within 3 minutes, established medication needed within 60 seconds.Patient had never had medications prescribed before so they needed some details. As we were in a hurry to make another appointment, they took the details and did all the hard work while we attended to our other obligations and on returning to the pharmacy a short time later, everything was ready. Best pharmacist I've been to in years, absolutely amazing! Thank you all for your hard work.

Very ignorant staff. Terrible service and professional liers.Told me that my prescription was not ready as they just received it from the Doctors, but I dropped the prescription in myself the previous week.

Same as the other reviews. There is an extremely rude chemist here. Often they don't have my medication in stock.

Worst chemist ever. I've been there a couple of times & was servered by the same woman. Who was the most miserable & annoying person I've encountered. She couldn't crack a smile if she tried. Not at all friendly. She had to strain herself to say thank you when I left. She just radiates misery. Why is she even allowed to deal with customers. The rest of the staff aren't much better either....

Quite honestly, the worst chemist I?ve ever had to use. They never have the medication you need and the staff treat the place like a gossip house. One particular member of staff is extremely rude and ignorant and thinks it?s acceptable to start a full blown argument with another member of staff in front of customers. Disgusting, immature, and quite simply they can?t be bothered.
