Got a phone in January hasn't work properly since then been back to this shop 6 times seen different people, they have tried everything they know but still not working, asked to change the phone and was told no they can't just do that, told me to go on facebook and join a forum to see if anyone could help ridiculous, I can't get hold of a manager to find out what is going to happen next they also wipped my phone and I have now lost pictures I had of my grandson when he was first born, gutted I went with Vodafone, never again I will have to buy myself out of the contract now disgusting from them Don't get a contract phone from them, there after sales service is unbelievable

Just changed my sim only deal in llanelli store with a very helpful sales assistant named josh . Not only did I get more data he also helped me understand certain things on the phone I was unsure of . Great service .

Terrible, they are redefining pay as you go to pay as you stay.. why? Since when do you need an agreement for 12 months to join on pay as you go? When Buying your mobile outright. Straight to the manufacturer we go.
