Fantastic service from Tui Llanelli. Staff are amazing, they are all friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. All the staff have great knowledge and experience. Will always book my holidays with this store and get my foreign currency from them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Llanelli Tui are excellent. Their staff are so helpful, in particular, Corinna, Niamh and Emma. They are superb. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We never book on line or with other companies, as their help and support are invaluable. Well done TUI!

Myself and my friends have booked our first girls holiday and went into TUI Trostre and saw Corinna. Corinna was very patient, knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. Her service was amazing and she went through everything from the hotel, resort, flight extras, excursions, insurance, travel money, etc. As another member of staff Jayden had been to the resort she popped over to speak to us and recommended a hotel which we booked! What an amazing experience on booking our 1st holiday! Thankyou so much, we would definitely recommend!

Wonderful service from Niamh in the Llanelli store! Had to go in to change a holiday with a group booking and she sat with us for hours looking for the best deal and what suited us. Definitely a 5 star service! Thank you ?

Such an amazing customer experience with these guys. I was served by Becky and she was so helpful and I felt I had good rate! This is now my go to place. The staff are very kind and helpful. Definently recommend to anyone looking to exchange money for holidays, business ect.

Just got back from the RIU Monica in Nerja and had the best time. Highly recommend this hotel, staff were really helpful, food had plenty of choice and hotel was spotlessly clean. Will definitely book again!
