Bad experience I had today usually when returning an item if you can't find your receipt the Llanelli or swansea store allows you for exchanged item or a card will be given to you redeem later but in this case an angry supervisor/ team leader don't know how to hold her cool, body language and tone was not nice at the beginning had a sour rude face.this is a place me and my family members, friendsl ove shopping a lot since 2019.The attitude is wrong
