“Having used this garage for a few years. I had become disappointed with the service I got recently. But just over a week ago the engine management light came on in the car. I wasn't going to go back to Cross hands motors again. But I was desperate. So I phoned and went down to put the car on the computer. When I got there I was told that the garage was under new management. The computer showed a problem with the injector in chamber 2. I was told that the part was expensive. So I bought the part secondhand. I took the part down. They fitted it and put the car on the computer again. My car is now going better than it ever has done. Amazing. The new manager is very knowledgeable and is concerned that I am happy. I'm so glad the owner has bought in new management. I would be happy to take my car back for its service.”
