My first visit to the store this morning but won?t be my last. Lovely lady serving was so patient with me while I made my choice. She gave me different options to purchase some lovely perfumes and explained about their special offers. I came away thrilled with my purchase and will be back before my holiday for another!

I went in to try some perfumes, as it has been some time since I last treated myself. I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, but Marie was very helpful! She was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I'm sure that Marie let me test just about every fragrance known to humankind and was lovely to talk to. I have settled on a new one, thanks to Marie's assistance! I'm just waiting for my husband to take my hint and go buy it for my christmas pressie! Haha!

Been buying perfume as a gift regularly for many years and always had a great experience, with informal help and good service. Having called in today I was totally disappointed to see how poorly the store is being managed, no order to queuing and staff not only don't care about this, but they are rude when you question why you can't get served. Wholly unprofessional and puts me off going there again when there's alternatives with far better service nearby

Me and my friend went into the shop to try out some new perfumes.The woman was nice at first, but when we didn?t purchase any perfume, she had a bit of a attitude on her and then proceeded to serve another customer while me and my friend were still testing the perfumes. I won?t be coming back there that?s for sure.

My dad went in to get me a sample of a perfume they sell, I wrote it on a piece of paper. He brought I back and they even wrote it on the tester card. Went in to purchase the perfume bottle and they said they didn't have it in store only online and didn't know what perfume they sprayed on the tester ??? young girl was more bothered about her fake nails being broke because she had to tap a little harder on the screen to look something up. Finally found it and I purchased it on the sale only to find the bottle was leaking.If you want a nicer, friendlier and more better experience in buying perfume I suggest you go to The Fragrance Shop!
