Possibly the worst customer service I?ve ever had. We walked in and the girl behind the counter instantly says to her colleague ?why do people always come in at this time? She huffed as I ordered each sandwich. There was very little salad left, so, as she got more she slammed the containers on the counter and threw the salad into the trays. She didn?t even bother to cut the sandwiches. She was very rude when I asked about cookies, stating that there were probably only 3 left. If you have no customer service skills why work in a customer facing job? I wish she was wearing a name tag so I could name her for others to avoid. Needless to say, I won?t be going back there.

Devastated by the quality of the food. Its the second time that I've been to subway in the last two weeks and they have little to no salad to offer. The staff seem a little inexperienced and very apologetic for the lack of resources.

Ordered sandwiches, nachos, dorito chicken bites and latticed potato. Sandwiches were ok, the rest had barely been put to the heater and came out as uncooked as when they went in. Customer service was atrocious and the staff were impolite and seemed very annoyed at having customers. I recommend the other one by Dominos.

Veggie Sub looked like a load of slop when I unwrapped it. Just went straight in the bin. The staff looked bored and uninterested in what they were doing. Waste of time and money going there.
Vegetarian options: The salad was so chilled that some had frozen and the cucumber looked like mush. Doesn't look appealing at all.

It's says on the page it opens at 9am, just rang them up and they said they open at 10am today.

£20 for a 6 inch festive melt and a turkey wrap. Festive melt was soggy and horrible and they turkeys processed and the cheese u melted. Straight in the bin.

Asked the manager if they had gluten free bread and they said yes they have plenty so I joined the queue, which I had to wait around 20 minutes to get served, with three members of staff doing sandwiches. When I eventually asked for my order they rudely replied saying they didn?t have gluten free bread.
Staff were rude and taking their time with everyone?s meal, while chatting away with eachother. Won?t be going there again.
Do not recommend this subway especially if you have a dietary intolerance!!

Not usually one to complain but this was particularly bad!. Ordered through Just Eat. Two salads with double meat. Order arrived. One salad was fine the other had no meat whatsoever. These things sometimes happen so I called the trostre branch directly to see if this could be resolved and I was met with a young girl who argued blind with me that she had prepared the salad herself and had definitely given double meat in both salads. When I explained that this is not what had arrived, instead of trying to find out why, she continued to argue with me that I had received the meat in the salad. I asked to speak to a manger?.. ?they?re all on holiday? I asked if there was an emergency on the premises such as a fire who would they contact? The reply was ? a manager. But they wouldn?t come?. I asked if someone could call me back? She said that yea they would. She hung up without taking a number?. Shocking customer service. 6.10pm 02.06.24.

I use ubereats and twice I?ve ordered my kids Ben and jerrys ice cream and they don?t put it in! The driver just says it?s only his job to pick up what they pack! I?m not ordering anymore it?s so wrong!!

When arrived saw woman at till ask for a bag and she was left struggling to put her food in the bag and dropped stuff on floor no help from staff. Sandwich maker was nice and efficient but when sandwiches came out from being toasted were left to sit for a while before asking what salad was requested. Another member of staff then asked what salad we wanted and I wanted mayo I asked if I could have more and was ignored and they wiped the bottom of mayo bottle on the paper my sandwich was on and on the bottom was southwest sauce and it ended up in my sandwich but no one was bothered by that. Would not recommend
