Very disappointed that in both shops you are guaranteed to have the wrong order every time you use the app. Food is thrown in the roll too, very Poor standards

Genuinely amazed at how bad the order was. Majority of food missing. Took them nearly half an hour to prep 3 cheese dippers and ignored the rest of the order.
Went to call to ask if I can collect the rest, phone number doesn?t work, switched off deliveries so couldn?t even order the rest online.

The woman and man working at the time were not very welcoming and did not follow my order. They gave me my footlong unwrapped and it fell apart all over my clothes and all over the table. I ate most of my food from the paper as everything fell out of the sub so i basically had a empty sub. I am not impressed and will not be visiting again and not recommending it to anyone

i went in to order food a few weeks ago and the atmosphere and service was appalling. the worst part was how rude the staff were, which was shocking. i decided to order from there tonight as i was unable to order from any of the other places and i ordered at 17:45 and it?s currently 20:10 and still haven?t received my food however it?s on the way so that?s something. i am in absolute disbelief with the service and experience i?m having and won?t be ordering from there again. i hope something is done about this as i have seen many other relatable things on these reviews.

To be honest I normally found the food pretty good but I ordered 2 sandwiches to takeout and when myself and a friend went to eat them the bread was so soft it went soggy and didn?t taste cooked properly and all the filling just fell out the sandwich before even touching it, it was a mess unfortunately.

appaling service. I ordered a meal deal and the sprite that we ordered didn't come with it. Ice creams were dumped on hot food. In one of my subs I added lettuce and that had none in. Another one of my subways, had no salami which I paid extra for, there was also traces of red onion and sweetcorn which I did not order. I woild never order from this subway again, mutiple things messed up on my order.

the worst subway in llanelli, and the worst subway i?ve ever been to.staff member asked us whether the vegan ingredients were labelled V or VE. she also didn?t know what products were or were not vegan. food was absolutely awful, cold, almost no vegetables, bread ripped before even eating, what you see in the picture i?ve attached is literally what we received. none of it had been eaten.they forgot to give me my cup for a drink. gave no receipt. worked so so slow. won?t be going back.

Wont be calling in this one ever again. Service was very slow. Asked if i could change the salad in mine and she said i could only change 1 item. I said i didnt want lettuce as it looked ? and no cucumber as i dont like it. She started putting what salad i wanted then stopped to answer her mobile phone. Stood there 4 mins waiting for mine to be finished. Customers that came after me had their food ready before mine. Been the same the last few times i've called there but i always give them a chance of redemption but NO MORE.

Great food and choice as always with Subway. Customer service needs to improve!! They seemed bored and uninterested in assisting!!
