I drove past the Starbucks in Llanelli and my son wanted to have a nice coffee. I on the other hand and the old conservative ?coffee is coffee? type. Anyway it was a great experience, some lovely young ladies served us as we drove through and they were polite and best part smiling which made them more friendly and pretty. I complimented them to my son?s dismay but being a dad you get away. Good place worth spending a few quid

Ordered on Uber eats and received the complete wrong order when I rung they didn?t do anything to help just told me there was nothing much they could do. Not that hard to get an order wrong!

Ordered a frappe and the girl (paris) I believe her name was, she was extremely rude and rushing us didn?t even let us scan app until we had to ask and cancel card payment and didn?t even get the order right, just one frappe. Hannah was excellent at fixing the problem and extremely friendly she was happy to remake the drink straight away which wouldn?t have been necessary if listened too properly. I work for them myself and don?t understand how it could have been confused.

Starbucks is always a treat for us if our daughter has done well in school etc. Never had a bad experience with the food or drinks. Staff are always friendly and the place is always clean.Parking: There is a nice car park right outside. If it is full there is plenty of parking just across the road. Never had a problem parking there.Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of space for buggies. There are toilets there. Not sure about nappy changing as never needed it. There are often people on laptops or holding meetings there so not ideal for boisterous toddler's who need to run around. There is outside seating as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Several wheel chair accessible parking spaces outside. The front door is very accessible as is the counter. Plenty of space for a wheel chair and the tills and displays are at a good height to see from a wheel chair.

Where do i start with this place!!..£17 for two cappuccinos, 2 ginger biscuits and panini. No cups left had to have paper cups ,all ceramic in dishwasher but nearly every table had empty dirty ones . Panini in a paper bag not on a plate . Staff attitude needs work ...place is stinking. Never going to a starbucks again. Support sole traders.

Terrible customer service. Didn't ask for loyalty card, then said was too late. Asked for Babychino's was charged for regular hot chocolate. £16 for 2 adults and 2 young children for drinks only is too much.

Not the First time had a bad experience In the last year or two. Haven't been for a while but we called this morning for a coffee and toastie. After being served waiting to collect my order the food was given to me after 8 min and the customer served after me was collecting her order I asked is there 2 cappuccino coming, the girl rudely replied we only have one coffee machine working here's one slammed it down. Taken back with her attitude I should have asked for refund as our food had now gone cold but I received last cappuccino and I left. The attitude on the staff there is awful and rude. Will not be returning

Every time I go here the service is slower than a slow thing, I also ask for a mug each time which I never get, today I was told mugs were unavailable, absolutely ridiculous! Why are Starbucks contributing to waste? I hope they?re recycling all the paper cups and plastic lids, surely when people go out for a coffee they prefer a mug, come on Starbucks get a grip.
