Called in at 6:15pm today 09/02/2023 in the middle of a plumbing emergency and having already bought the wrong part. The two lads in the store were absolutely brilliant. Very patient, didn?t make me feel stupid (even though I obviously was!) Refunded the wrong part and answered more stupid questions on the new one. Plumbing terrifies me but thanks to those two lads I?ve managed to fix the problem.

Called this morning and had excellent service. I am not a plumber and had a burst flexible pipe to tap in bathroom matched complete with push fitting elbow. Knowledgeable service and for less than £5 00 So rare these days

I have always had exceptional customer service at Screwfix Llanelli. The team lead by the Manager David are so nice & helpful the service is very efficient. I recently had to return a faulty product & David went the extra mile to sort everything out for me. Thanks to David and his 5 Star ? team at Screwfix Llanelli.

Always a very good service. My required product was no longer available, the lovely helpful young assistant very quickly found that the Byron Wireless Door Bell Chime had been improved and was exactly the same as I've had for the last 4 year's only improved on the design of it. Your Staff are pleasant and efficient, you should be proud of the Service they provide for your Company.

Usually excellent.Did Click & collect today but was ignored by staff until I stopped waiting by the Click & collect sign and joined a cashier till.Once they'd checked the order, everything was as speedy as usual, in and done in less than 10 mins.Please Screwfix, arrange your queues with c&c in mind, perhaps 1 for app users and 1 for ordinary shop usersLittle bit disappointed today so 4* instead of the usual 5*

Absolutely pointless. Not only are prices highest around they have one person on the till. Not to mention rude if you turn up without ordering first. This is the third time iv walked out of there in the last 2months. As a tradesman I don't have time to waste visiting a shop just to browse or stand there. A shop built for the the trade doesn't work for the trade. Go else where better prices, better efficiency, better manners.
