We love this primark, However when going to swap an item for another size because it was on the wrong hanger, we couldn?t find our receipt. Our server, Alex was very rude about the situation. This was very disappointing considering we are locals and come here often.

I was one of the first customers through the door today 19/4/25 to exchange some items which were bought day before unfortunately my puppy shreaded every part of my receipt so i wasnt very hopefull but to my amazement they went above and beyond to help me the young girl at checkout called a manager and she traced my receipt back from the payments i made i can not thank them both enough for all the help today great customer service ?

Quite a big Primark considering the location. Fairly fast service on the tills. Considering there's a lot of staff hanging around in little groups chatting about their nights out, you'd expect it to be tidier. But compared to the city ones, there's not as many customers, so it doesn't look like a messy bargain bin.
