Very friendly and welcoming reception staff.
Let down badly by the breakfast at Brewers Fayre. Very low quality ingredients, arrived to table barely warm. Far too expensive at £10:99, cheaper and superior quality breakfast can be found locally.
Food and drinks: Tea and coffee in the room is adequate.

Spot on for what i needed, which was a convenient location for work.
Standard premier inn really. Not much more to say.

Late booking having been let down by another provider. Easy to book online, arrival process was great with the night manager providing a warm welcome. Food and drinks available very close in a Chef and Brewer
Rooms: Comfortable, clean and tidy. Quiet nights sleep with Neighbouring rooms occupied I didn?t hear a thing
Safety: Great location near the water, away from the main town On site reception staff very attentive and available
Food and drinks: Chef and Brewer pub and restaurant across a small car park Good offers, service very good with value for money food and beverage available Food was excellent even with my late arrival. Breakfast was great too.

Perfect for a 1 night stopover, food next door at the Sandpaper was excellent, the unlimited breakfast had excellent choice.

Rooms: Very clean and comfy with air conditioner.
Walkability: Lovely lake with swans and ducks.
Noteworthy details: Liked the organza bag for gosh donation.

I recently found myself in a position where I had to move out of my home due to a fire next door.I stayed for 36 days.The entire Team at this Hotel are amazing, kind lovely people.They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. They made my stay a great experience.I had to bring so many cases and bags with meWhen i had to change rooms they moved all my baggage for me.It was lovely to have a chat with them every day. It made a big difference to me at an extremely stressful time.So THANK YOU to all of you for your kindness to me at Premier Inns in Llanelli.

Love staying here staff are so friendly and helpful. Pity i can't say the same about the restaurant staff ! Although the younger staff in the restaurant are much more helpful that the older ones ? you would think it would be the older ones but hell they are misable. Good on ya the younger staff so polite and helpfulFood & drinks: Give the food 5/10
