“I was visiting my home town in Llanelli and I popped into pets at home because I had a few health questions about my two chihuahuas. This lovely lady( I think her name was Lisa) was very understanding. I explained to her that I have health anxiety issues when it comes to my dogs after loosing my partner suddenly. This beautiful lady helped calm me down and reassured me, she had empathy and patience, listening to me carefully and taking the time to explain a few things, that I was worried about. I left there feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I felt happier. I really appreciated her time and her empathy and understanding. I wish I could send her a thank you card but I don't know if I have the correct name for her but I really want to say thank you to her for being so kind and caring. Many thanks Louise”
