Actually shocked at what I?ve seen, a kitchen staff member smoking out the back doors coughing all over himself then put on rubber gloves still smoking and still coughing all over the gloves to go back in?.hygiene gone wrong!!!

First time visiting this particular restaurant,I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the decor and the atmosphere was proper chilled,food was excellent and the service second to none,well recommended ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Ease of entry for wheelchair access which was nice to see.

Can?t go wrong with Nando?s, our first visit to Nando?s in Llanelli. We were greeted by Amber who was fantastic throughout and thoughtful and caring and friendly towards my children. Very good stop for lunch.

Quality of food has definitely become an issue. We?ve been customers here for years and the food standards are low in comparison to what they use to be. Food is either undercooked, overcooked or very soggy and swimming in sauce. Portion size for the price is very high so maybe raise your standard of cooking to meet your prices!! Will not be returning following our recent visit!!

Good atmosphere, food comes to you at a reasonable time. Expect a 40 minute wait if you order the liver. Front of house service would see a huge improvement if it was actually implemented.

Extremely friendly staff which is uncommon if you're a regular to Nando's! literally welcomed us with open arms, lots of energy and enthusiasm which was a real delight to see.

We had the most absolutely fab experience having dinner here. The stuff were incredibly friendly and kind and really made us feel welcome. I never come to Nandos but now going forward I am gonna come to this one specifically because of how nice the stuff were. Leuan (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) especially, was absolutely delightful, worth his weight in gold
