Sadly not a great experience at all, on walking around the store lighting was pretty poor, salad bar needed the POS strips cleaned and replaced was covered in food debris from god knows when, freezers were so full of ice and doors were also iced up, then a visit to the cafe that was the final straw, empty shelves no choice at all, floor was filthy and needed a dam good sweep, service was poor then to be told no hot food, general cleanliness not good tables sticky did not feel that they had been cleaned properly at all, coffee machines omg what can I say don?t have a coffee until this he as been sorted pics attached, service area where fridges are and the ceiling edge of cafe store side in state of disrepair enough to put any customer off

I have visited this store twice this week to collect items through Too Good To Go, only to be informed both times that they were unavailable. This has resulted in a frustrating waste of my time and fuel. The repeated experience feels unfair and gives an impression of discriminatory treatment.

Poor supermarket. Lack of checkout staff, few trolleys available, store is dark and dingy in parts, no atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful though.

Waited for 1/2 hr for food and when it eventually arrived everything on the plate was cold when getting our drinks the coffee machine was empty of coffee and when it was filled you could only have decaf coffee
When sitting at our table it was filthy we had to use serviettes to clean it on looking around it was plainly obvious that there were only two staff there if this is the norm why on earth is the cafe open avoid this place unless you want inferior service and food I would not give to our dog

Shop needs to improve on housekeeping,eg shelves were empty, flowers were dying, bottlenecks in some aisles.

Useless on times always out of stock of what you need. Then there's the frozen treats for my kids that had defrosted and been frozen again. Plus is quite expensive my main shop is done in Aldi

Not disabled friendly. Asked for a disabled shopping cart and was told we have just one which has been broke for weeks. Shop online if you can't walk around the store. Just not good enough

Been to Morrisons in Llanelli today. I did some shopping and then realised I needed to make a visit to the ladies. Because the weather was so poor, decided to leave the trolley (no cold foods) for less than 5mins (definitely no longer lol) so that I wouldn't have to come back in. By the time I'd returned the trolley had been emptied - to be fair they'd left an empty trolley. I was so annoyed and there was no way was I going to walk around and do my shopping again so just walked out of the shop. Surely they could have waited about 10-15mins to check if someone returns before emptying the trolley. I worked in a supermarket and that is what normally happens. It would have been more understandable if there had been some cold foods present. I could have been an OAP. I went along to another supermarket with my custom.

Just waited 55 minutes for our food in the cafe, toast was cold, fries were barely warm sausage was overcooked, too scared to complain as could have been another hour, tables in cafe dirty, lots of dirty dishes coffee machine constantly running out of coffee beans or milk.
