Early morning visit at 5.15am was very different to late night, the restaurant tables were soiled, staff had used both disabled parking spaces I assume as the restaurant and car park were empty, but table service was friendly and efficient.
Late night the place is full of young people and very lively, possibly because most other places are closed, there was almost a party atmosphere inside and in the car park. I guess recommendations vary depending on time of day, age of customer and how far you're able to walk.
Parking: Disabled parking is close to the door, accessed by merging to the left AFTER the drive thru (or around it) but staff may require some training before the disabled spaces are available for disabled customers
Wheelchair accessibility: Very good, lots of space to manoeuvre, disabled toilets, spaces for wheelchairs at the tables etc

Our food was delivered cold and inedible, called the llanelli store, after explaining what's happened, phone was put down on me, called again, spoke to rude assistant manager who was no help whatsoever!!! Worst food and even worse customer service, don't waste your money!!!!

Pulled up to drive thro,makes order for mum an daughter i ask for a FRESH fillet fish,tells the guy please tell them to be fresh ok he goes of,waiting out front out it comes box feels boiling so pulls of dwn road takes a bite an it's like rubber!!absolute shambles ????

I don't know who designed this McDonald's but I assume they must have been drunk. If there is a queue for the drive-thru you can't get in the car park. To make it worse to leave the car park you get stuck in the drive-thru cars again.
They also got my order wrong and the food was cold.
