Not up to the usual standard tonight.
After taste of dirty oil on the food, water chestnuts and bamboo didn?t taste as it should.
Quite disappointing?perhaps having an off night?

Food was bland, beef was soft as thought had been reheated a few times and meat on the ribs was dry. Won't be calling again!

I haven't had a meal from here in years. The food tonight was outstanding. I'd go as far to say the tastiest Chinese curry ever, even the prawn crackers were super tasty, I didnt want it to end.
It was piping hot arriving and delivery was super quick. I fear I'll be ordering a lot from here, can't wait.

We've ordered from Llanelli Packed Meals for 10 years or more. We've never been let down before but two hours from the time of order is just unacceptable. The girl on the phone didn't care less. Obnoxious in fact.Such a shame because they've lost a loyal customer.Lotus House from now on.

Ordered over phone told be ready in 20mins to pick up ,arrived to pick food up and pay very pleasant lady who dealt with me food was ready on time. Good choice on menu at reasonable price and generous portion happy to recommend ?
