Long time since I've been in a KFC.
Food was good, especially the french fries, much better than the one you usually get in fast food places.
The staff didn't look very happy, must be one of these days.

Hahaha? welll.. where do I start? Absolutely appalled with tonight?s visit with the wife and 3 little ones. First of all, the automatic doors were NOT very automatic. My disabled wife struggled to enter! Although, luckily we had just picked up our Jeep Avenger from Bassetts before taking the trip down. We could use the disabled parking bay! Even this space was not big enough for the family before eating a bargain bucket ha ha ha! Food took 55 minutes.. came cold? And to top it all off, they advised my wife to cut down on her amount of visits?? Claiming it was a regular thing? I can categorically I will not be returning to this establishment; and I am rethinking my choice of migrating to Llanelli. Back to McDonadlds we go! Thanks KFC.. I?m not mad I?m disappointed.

App wouldn't work properly on my daughters phone, server couldn't help either. Stood waiting for app to reset, eventually it worked. Food ok, tables uncleared by staff, after people didn't clear away their trays.

Parking: No gravy
No plates
No cups for the drinks
Kid-friendliness: Large group of teenagers acting up, swearing, causing no end of trouble resulting in the police being called.

Bought a kfc box meal here tonight and a christmas burger asked for both large and we received medium meals so the boy on the headset wasnt listening to peoples orders was served at 9.05pm got home at 9.15pm chicken was cold and rubbish it had been cooked and sat in a heater and dipped into the fat and put back into the heater to sit as you could see the outter of the chicken was awful worse meal I've had wouldn't have given it to a cat or dog as it was that bad. Staff need hygiene lessons in cooking and not reheating chicken. Don't recommend this awful please for food all mine went in the bin absolute shit if there was a minus 5 that's what id be given kfc. Won't be returning here for food again. Given it 3 chances and it's been crap 3times no more. Over priced rubbish.

Poor all around. Very dirty with not a single clean table.
Staff serving wearing false nails and dirty out wear clothes.
Bins overflowing. Signs to use kiosks only but half the menu not available on the kiosk either.

I always enjoy a good kfc but when I order a kfc threw a delivery service they always end up not giving me an item that I have ordered and I can never seem to get ahold of them ever
