Review on Llanelli Branch
Viewing arranged and no viewing on their system. Another viewing cancelled, 2 reasons given person off sick and the person wishing to view cancelled. Never informed of viewing cancellation. Being told we won't speak to you, your name is not on our system. Totally incompetent. No communication. Not answering phone and even when you left a message never rang back. Many excuses given to why this wasn't done. Not informed that the Llanelli office would be closed. Feedback was only given when they eventually answered the phone. Avoid using them. Find other estate agents.

Very poor
Arranged for valuation Friday 3pm
Was called Thursday afternoon to say that a member of staff had called in sick and likely won?t be available for the 3pm, said that I?d already arranged with tenant and if anything would be possible they said they?d call me first thing to let me know.
Didn?t call, so I called at 11.30 to check and they said nobody available and to rearrange for Saturday 1pm
I rearranged with tenant and cancelled my plans.
Roll on to 1pm Saturday I?m stood outside the property 20 minutes, nobody showed.
Tried calling the Llanelli office 4 time with no answer (open until 4pm Saturdays)
Had to call the Gorseinon office to get through to Llanelli, in which they told me someone called in sick again and they thought someone would have had called me.
Not good enough, wasted not only my time but messed my tenant around too. Lesson learned, had ignored poor feedback regarding this company already which I should have listened to.

Just completed on a property with John Francis and they were great. Natasha in the Llanelli office, in particular, was excellent. She went above and beyond, showing us a range of houses and rearranging her days to fit all of our requests in. She was always available at the end of the phone or email throughout the purchase process. Would highly recommend.

We have recently sold our house through John Francis! And we can?t thank Curtis at Countrywide as our Mortgage advisor and Zak for the quick service! Curtis was extremely helpful and always at the end of the phone or an email! Zak was extremely quick in putting our house up for sale and always at the end of the phone! Michelle was also extremely helpful and had good communication skills when at the property with viewers! Can?t thank you all enough! Will definitely recommend!

Why waste time with other managers why do you have a trusted manager who is reliable hurry up and start your trade with Miss EVELYN JOSHUA she's the best among all.
